Hmmm, ok.
I've rebuilt it on my old 32 bit machine, That may resolve the issue.
Download and give it another try.

The new v22 breaks it for me Ernie. Does not build or generate anything in PM either.
Re-installed the first 22 release.

I use win7-64 also.
Maybe your install did not overwrite old file.
The Properties of the installer file (exe) is dated June 8 and size is 837,704 on my PC.

Re-checked the latest build does not work at all here dated.
Working version dated 07/06/13 22:09 with the PM error.

Just to verify.
What version of FSBuild did you have before this update?
You did not Uninstall FSBuild, correct?
You just ran the new 24022Update.exe (as Administrator)?

v21 to the first v22 release. Then the second v22 release. They are incremental updates why would I uninstall. Reverting back to the v22 release puts me in the same position, working but the PM error posted.

Appeared to run into more issues so have uninstalled, obtained the latest full installer from Simmarket along which has a new install code. Have applied the latest v22 file.
EDIT: No flightplan built on build.

Windows 7 Pro 64-bit: Same problems. It builds flight plans but does not create a NavLog or any type of print out. Attempting to build without the SID/STAR causes a program crash.
[LATER] I cannot believe this. I suddenly realized the scroll-lock key had been pressed (was checking Windows version). I unclicked it and everything works now.
Go figure.

What was the downloaded SimMarket FSbuild Version#?
Did it work before you applied the V22 update?
What Folder/path on your hard drive for FSBuild?

Yes worked fine with v21, with initial v22 just the PM issue, second release v22 does not work at all.

Do a map search in plan mode.
Press the 'H' button down.
IOW press the 'alt' button, drag the mouse and draw a rectangle in an area where there should be airways.
When you let go of the mouse button, it should fill that box with airways.
If it does not, then the issue would be with the Map data.
